Tri Wellness clinic is located off of Palomar Airport Rd and I-5. Take Palomar Airport Rd. west from the I-5 and turn right at the first light/Avenida Encinas. Turn left into the offices across from the In-And-Out Burger exit/entrance. Turn right in the parking lot and the 5825 building will be right in front of you. Take the first available left in the parking lot and you will see Tri Wellness in Suite 107. Come in and have a seat in the waiting room. My office is the second office on the left, and I will come out to get you!
